You will need:
Card
Off-cuts of pretty paper/card
Ruler
Pens
Ribbon or string
Hole and shape punch
Directions
Step 1: Cut or shape punch the top corners
Step 2: Hole punch the top
Step 3: Draw three lines with a ruler and pen
Step 4: Glue three circles on the ends of the lines
Step 5: Draw on the bows
Step 6: Add string or ribbon
