It was lovely getting creative with Izzy yesterday for ‘Baby BOO!’ but right before we headed upstairs for bath time, Boo came running in shouting “Make, Mummy, Make!” As fab as it was to see him so excited and wanting to do something creative, the minor meltdown he had when I explained that Izzy had already made something with Mummy – WAS NOT!
There’s a ‘Mummy Lesson’ learnt :(
He’d spotted Izzy’s spooky footprints and kept asking to “Paint, Mummy, Paint!” So today when it came to ‘make time’ off we went to find our paint!
What You’ll Need
- Black paint – we used Crayola washable
- Wiggly Eyes – we used self-adhesive ones
So following the method we used yesterday in ‘Baby BOO!’ and on Day #9 ‘Butterfly Baby’, we got the sponge all painty and ready to use.
Boo put one hand onto the sponge and got it all covered in the black paint before placing it onto the card. We wiped his hand and repeated the process with the other hand, placing it opposite the first hand print.
“Oooooh paint Mummy!”
We left it to dry whilst we had some dinner and then added our wiggly eyes!
Very Creepy Critters!
