**SCHOOL HOLIDAY SURVIVAL**

Do you struggle a little with the sudden lack of routine to your days on holidays? Tempers fray, whinging increases and the call of 'I'm boredddddddd!' ring around the house? Then "Create-isise" is just for you!

In an attempt to ward off cacophony of moaning, try your own "Create-icise Challenge" this holiday, with 4 different challenges that you all (including Mummy and Daddy) need to complete each day.

1) Exercise - might be bouncing on the trampoline. heading to the park, going for a muddy stomp, out on your bikes (or a rainy jog for Mummy and Daddy!)

Exercise

2) Creativity - colouring, painting, collage, playing 'bake off' or doing some baking or even doing some digital creativity on the tablet - it all gets the grey cells going.....and is awesome therapy for Mummy and Daddy!

Creativity

3) Learning - doing that holiday homework project, practising their reading, exploring a new place, watching a nature programme or simply learning a new fact of the day. (This one might be the hardest to complete for Mummy and Daddy but possibly the most rewarding!!)

Learning

4) Clearing - helping with the laundry, cleaning out the pets, clearing the table after dinner, getting involved in cooking dinner, tidying the toys in the bedroom.....it all counts, and better still, the grown ups get to tick off the daily chores too!

Clearing up

Watch the kids get really involved in the Challenge and get more willing to help with housework. Stop a lot of the holiday lethargy and also help Mummy and

Challenge

Daddy to ensure you get chances for your own recuperation!

Download your own "Create-isise" chart and enjoy your holidays with the whole family while still keeping busy and having fun!
