The Creation Station provide free workshops for schools during for Children’s Mental Health week

The Creation Station is offering free creative ‘Lets Connect’ workshops to pupil sin primary schools across the UK. The workshops are designed to support children’s positive mental health during children’s mental health week from 6th- 12th of February.

The free workshops are being offered in response to the statistics that one in six children aged five to sixteen are likely to have a mental health concern. ( NHS report: ‘Mental Health of Children and Young People in England, 2020)

The ‘Lets’ Connect’ workshops include: hands-on creative fun activities to help children build connections with other pupils, create new friendships and strengthen existing friendships and enhance wellbeing. 

“There has never been a more important time to support children’s positive mental health,” said Sarah Cressall CEO of The Creation Station. “We know engaging in creative activities can enhance children’s wellbeing. We are delighted to support schools and teachers with free creative workshops for their pupils”
