I started my own Creation Station because I believe creativity should be at the heart of every learning experience. Too often, schools don’t have the time or resources to nurture creativity fully, and I wanted to change that! Running my own business gives me the freedom to inspire creativity while still having the support of others on a similar journey—and best of all, it allows me to spend more time with my family.

Before this, I was a Primary Teacher for 20 years, passionate about helping children grow and explore new ideas. Now, every day is an adventure! I might start my morning with a messy, fun-filled toddler class, then run a creative after-school session for primary-aged children, and end the evening with a relaxed Paint and Sip event for adults. I love working with all ages and seeing the joy creativity brings!

A Little More About Me…

🌊 Fun Fact: I learned to sail at university and went on to race dinghies and yachts competitively on the Solent and even abroad. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of sailing!

😂 My joke-telling skills? Absolutely terrible! The only one I can ever remember is:
“What goes black, white, black, white… ouch?”
