Hello and welcome to The Creation Station Rainham and the surrounding areas. You and your child / children can enjoy a wide range of arts and craft classes, parties and events. Art and craft classes and available for your new-borns baby, toddler, preschool child and school aged child. Art and crafts run in and around Rainham, Upchurch, Newington, Lower Halstow, Hartlip and Borden.

Here's an overview of what you can enjoy:
For your younger children you can enjoy the following four classes:
Tiny treasure 0-6 mths: Create treasured keepsakes and friendships with your baby. We provide a relaxing, social and nurturing environment.
Baby discover 6+ mths: Enable baby to discover and explore a wide range of materials to create arts and crafts. We promote a sensory experience for baby in a social setting for Mum.
Little explorer 17+ mths: Toddlers can interact with a wealth of materials and resources to develop their imaginations; discovering textures and colours, and learning how to create using new skills.
Family fun 2 to 11 years: Families can come together to discover fun arts and craft activities which develop their imaginations and enable them to learn new skills. We promote different age groups to interact and connect through the engaging activities.
5 to 11 years; during term time: Create clubs enable primary school children to engage with arts and crafts, which promote curiosity and inspire them to develop their creative thinking.
5 to 11 years; during the holidays: Sessions enable primary school children to have fun experimenting with different arts and crafts, in a social setting.
Creative crafters 18+ years: Adults can spend a fun time being creative in a social group setting. These sessions are perfect for any social event; hen nights to overdue catch up with friends, topped off with a cuppa or glass of fizz in hand!
Care & creativity senior citizens: These supportive groups are perfect for retirement age participants who enjoy being creative in a social and caring environment.
Parties: A great way to celebrate a birthday is with one of our Arty Parties! Exciting arts and crafts activities with lovely outcomes for all the party goers to take home and treasure.
Events: We can provide bespoke entertainment for adults and children at a range of events.

Why I decided to run my own Creation Station...
What I did before I ran my own Creation Station...
I have been involved in education for the past 13 years, through both primary and secondary teaching of art and DT, plus facilitating Arts Award programmes at all levels. My love of working with children and the creative arts has never once faltered, however the education system has changed so much over the years that I made the decision to change my career path and The Creation Station has provided me with the perfect opportunity to do that!
What I love about running my own Creation Station...
Things I love doing...
There is nothing better than to see a smile on someone’s face when they look at something they have created, however big or small, elaborate or not, and that smile is what truly drives me. The variety of classes and programmes on offer through Creation Station allows me the opportunity to engage with all different ages and types of people and see each and every one take away someone new they have learned or mastered with pride.
I wholeheartedly agree that “being creative is not a hobby it’s a way of life” and throughout my life I have used creative activities and sport to allow me to keep a good well being balance. Spending time with my family is also so important to me and The Creation Station enables me to do this whilst also supporting precious moments in other’s family time too, through hosting memorable birthday parties and community events where everyone gets involved!
