Welcome to The Creation Station Northampton. You and your child / children can enjoy a wide range of arts and craft classes, parties and events. Art and craft classes and available for your new-borns baby, toddler, preschool child and school aged child. Art and crafts run in and around Northampton. I'm thrilled to be able to provide you with our award-winning journeys of exploration, discovery and development.

All the art and crafts classes parties and events have been designed to inspire imagination and nurture creativity. When you join the creative fun we will welcome you in a relaxing, safe and nurturing environment.

Here's an overview of the classes you can enjoy near you:

For children under 5

Tiny Treasures – A keepsake session to celebrate all your Baby’s Firsts. Come along with your infant ages 0-12 months and we’ll paint those tiny toes to create lovely art work you will treasure in a social and nurturing environment.

Baby Discover – Weekly classes for babies aged 6 months to 18 months. Sensory play and hands on creative/exploration play designed to help your child’s development. Plus lovely art to take home each week.

Little Explorers – Weekly classes for toddlers and pre-schoolers aged 17 months to 5 years. Enjoy a themed journey of discovery and creativity and practice new skills. Our sessions are STEAM based and support Early Years guidelines for development and learning.

Family Fun – Weekend and holiday creative sessions that all the family can enjoy for ages 2 to 11. The younger children may need help from a parent or carer and the older siblings can have the space to add more complexities to their creations. Watch your children learn, develop and interact in a warm welcoming environment and spend time together having fun!

For Primary aged children

Create Club – Fun and inspiring arts and crafts classes before and after school age 5 to 11 years. The classes are about inspiring young minds through a creative arts programme designed to complement the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum. Classes encourage experimentation, teamwork and a fun environment in which to grow.

Holiday Clubs – Creative school holiday clubs where your child will be inspired and encouraged to express themselves through art. Each holiday club will have a different theme to inspire and educate your child. Lots of fun and friends to make along the way.

Meet Esther

Hello, I’m Esther and I run The Creation Station franchise in Northampton. I love working with children and developing their creativity, expressing themselves through arts and crafts. Getting messy is all part of the fun! Having two gorgeous sons I know first-hand what its like to find fun classes and activities that spark their natural curiosity and develop their growing minds. With my own passion for the arts, it led me to teach Art and Design for the last 20 years in secondary and more recently primary schools which has been an amazing and rewarding experience. When I first saw The Creation Station I knew it was for me. I totally fell in love with the idea of working with children creatively across all ages, with families and at different settings in my local community.

We are here to provide a space for little one to create, discover and play as well as a space for parents to meet other like-minded parents and spend good quality time with grown ups. I look forward to you joining me for creative fun at one of my classes, parties or family fun sessions!
