About Nicola


Hi, I’m Nicola and I run The Creation Station in the Nottingham North West area. I am mum to two daughters, so I know first- hand how important it is to get out and about, take part in fun, creative classes and activities, meet others in the same situation and spend quality time with other grown-ups too!  Having taught in primary schools for many years, I understand the value of having opportunities to be creative and explore fun ideas in a relaxed setting! Not forgetting adults, of course, as creativity is just as much fun for them too.

What a fabulous party

What a fabulous party. Thank you Nicola. You were a great host. The children loved it. Downtime from homeschooling and a chance to catch up via zoom with their friends whilst making slime. So well organised and run. Lots of laughs and giggles had by all. Would highly recommend

Daisy really enjoyed it

Daisy really enjoyed it. I think its beat with a large room to maybe have a microphone to speak as hard to hear with masks on, but apart from that the actual event was great.

Booking was straight forward and Nicola…

Booking was straight forward and Nicola answered any queries I had. It was very organised and covid procedures in place. Instructions for my child easy to follow and she enjoyed it. Hope we can attend something else in the future. Thank you

Create Club

My son really enjoyed the after school create clubs ran by Nicola so when given the chance to do them through lockdown over zoom he was thrilled. The materials provided were really high quality and the sessions provided great ideas which the kids could use whilst also being encouraged to use their own imaginations. It was great that the sessions had an educational side to them too having different themes. The sessions ran at the right pace for the kids and anything they didn’t quite finish could easily be finished afterwards. It was lovely for the children to be able to chat and interact over zoom and see each other’s ideas whilst making their creations. We would highly recommend them!
