Frosty Craft Ideas For Children
Look in Yellow Pages under Magnets for printing firms that produce fridge magnet cards for companies. Or try art suppliers for magnetic strips that just stick onto the beck of card.
Frozen Ice balls
This is definitely one of my boy's favourites!
Fill some balloons about half full with water (!)
Tie a knot in the balloon. Pop in the freezer for a day.
Take them out and peel of the rubber.
The frozen balls are great for an outdoor game of boule. Try sticking them together with salt, or looking at them with a torch in the dark. Pop one in the bath when your little one is there as a surprise!
Try adding coloured liquid to the balloon, or a small toy.
Make a Huge Frosty Snowman in the Kitchen.
If you have space on your fridge... Try cutting out and colouring in card to make the shapes. Attach the shapes onto magnets strips and create a supersize snowman in you kitchen.
